Valarie welcomes you to the Butterfly Manor a stately Manor overlooking the Niagara River offering a blend of old and new which in the past has won numerous awards for the Best Bed and Breakfast over the years.
In 2012 the Butterfly Manor was sold. Many quests had enjoyed the warm inviting rooms over the years but it was getting old and tired .It was still a beautiful Manor in need of a little loving care and since December of last year has been undergoing major renovations. All the floors have been replaced up stairs with beautiful Bamboo flooring making it easy to keep it allergy free. The main floor all new ceramic floors .We have replaced old appliances and counter tops in the kitchen and put in new energy efficient ones. We offer a selection of very large comfortable rooms with King ,Queen or Twin beds all of which have brand new organic pillow top mattress that are encased in zippered bags making them dust and allergy free . All rooms have new bedding, towels, lighting ,paint and fixtures. We then focused on the bathrooms in each of our large rooms and put in new shower heads, sinks ,taps and energy efficient toilets. We are confident our guest will enjoy their stay with us. The Manor is wheelchair accessible from the back of the house, but we also put in a new walk way in the front of the house for our quests and paved the double entry driveway to make arrivals and departures easier . The Butterfly Manor is in a perfect location with the old downtown and Via or bus station just 10-15 min walk to the left and the Falls and tourist attractions 20 minutes to the right along River Road. Come spend a night with us and explore all that Niagara Falls has to offer .

DIRECTIONS FROM US MIDWEST &ONTARIO
Take 401 to hwy. Q.E.W. Niagara Falls the highway splits. Stay left and take the next exit for Hwy 420 labeled Bridge to the USA Take Hwy 420 to the falls at Stanley Ave (the first set of lights) turn left. At Bridge street (4th light) turn right and proceed to River Road, turn right The Butterfly Manor is on River Road and Simcoe St.
DIRECTIONS FROM NORTHEAST US
Take US 90 West towards Buffalo, New York. In greater Buffalo you should take exit #53.Sign for exit #53 also says Bridge to Canada &US190 North. Drive approximately 8 miles and then take exit #9 to Peace Bridge .Cross the bridge into Canada take Hwy Q.E.W. Toronto/Niagara .Drive approximately 18 miles to Niagara Falls. Take Hwy 420 to the falls. At Stanley Ave turn left . At Bridge St turn right and proceed to River Road. Turn right Butterfly Manor is on River Road and Simcoe St.
DIRECTIONS FROM RANINBOW BRIDGE
On Canadian side of the Bridge exit three right turns to River Road. Then turn left and proceed north to the corner of River Road and Simcoe St.

Enjoy our home made full breakfast every morning in our bright and sunny kitchen .Start off with juice ,fresh fruit and warm pastries. We complete that with scrambled eggs and bacon and home fries ,or Eggs Benidict, pancakes or French toast .We change this up daily and offer gluten free meals on request.
