General Description Nestled in the orchards that produce many of the Peaches, Nectarines, Pears and Grapes that Niagara is famous for this wonderful cape cod house has many features that will bring you back time and again as with each visit you will find a little more of Home in Niagara on the Lake. Whether it is a tour of some of the best wineries in the world, an adventure tour of the majestic features that bring tourists back time and again or a more sedate historical remembrance of the 1812 war. Viv and Les will be only too happy to welcome you into their home and help you as much as you need to plan the vacation that will always be top in your memories. Beautiful Rooms... Delicious Breakfasts... Viv's Front porch is less than 4 minute from the centre of Niagara-on-the-Lake. 15 minutes from the Majestic Niagara Falls 15 Minutes from Port Dalhousie. It is central to all major features in the Niagara Region. After a day out and about there is nothing better than enjoying a glass of wine on the front or rear porches watch the field workers driving back with wagon loads of fruit picked locally. Relax in the quiet tranquility that comes with having no one behind your home other than peach orchards. Sit out in our gazebo that in season is covered in the most beautiful smelling flowers. Directions From the QEW take regional road exit 89/Glendale Avenue South merge onto Glendale Ave/Regional Rd 89. Turn right onto Taylor Rd/Regional Rd 70. Continue onto Niagara Stone Road (signs for Niagara on the Lake). At traffic lights (garage on right) turn left on Four Mile Creek Road. With Fresh Home made muffins on the table to meet you in the morning and if you can't eat them we will wrap them up for you to take with you to snack on later in the day. The first course could be our signature Grapefruit or a fresh fruit salad with meusli and yogurt or a melon boat with ham just some of the starters to get your taste buds going. The main courses vary between our signature quiche to the salmon benedict to maybe steak and eggs, all served with a selection of sides of the day. To finish off the courses we have a variety of desserts which could be French Toast served with blueberry compote or home made Belgian Waffles served with a fresh Strawberry compote or we have even been known to serve Creme Brulee!!!
